Ship to the Troops with Bake Me a Wish

Most people don't know about this great service so make sure you spread the word. Everyone loves cake, and what an awesome way to help one of our hard working service men or women celebrate?!
You don't just have to send them a cake for their birthday! Maybe it's to congratulate them for a promotion or to celebrate them becoming a new parent. One thing I know is that this is one great way to stay connected and show them that they have people back at home waiting for them!
There are a variety of cakes including favorites like red velvet, chocolate, vanilla and even cheesecake! Each can have a personalized greeting and is packaged specifically so they don't get "smooshed". That's important if it's traveling overseas!
If you are looking for something a little different, you can also send cookies, molten lava cakes and even brownies. They deliver year round and pride themselves on accurate shipping dates, so if they tell you it will be there, it will.
My most favorite thing about Bake Me a Wish is their Freedom Cake. You can purchase one and they will send it to a service person in need of a little pick-me-up. Sometimes they are recovering in the hospital, other times they don't have much family and are deployed overseas.
The cake is sent with a card that lets them know someone is thinking about them and gives your name. It's a nice way to really help give someone a little boost, and we love the idea of surprising someone in need.
Who would you send a cake to? Wouldn't it be an awesome surprise?
